You will notice that Topics 3, 4 and 5 have all been posted. This means that all teams can post their drafts and give/receive comments concurrently. Please make sure you are keeping up with your drafts. All first drafts should be posted within the week the topic is posted, and second drafts about two weeks later. You are encouraged to post as many drafts as possible thereafter, weekly if possible.
