Students nowadays are prefer to continue their studies in higher level.Most of them have to seperate with their parents to further their studies.Students will usually stay away from parents and stay at college.So,to make their life comfortable at university,the facilities in the college must be in good condition.So i have decided to improve residental college.I planned to give a suggestion that to build a multi-purpose hall.
Why I suggest to build the multi purpose hall is that students can do group discussion.They can do study group to tackle different subjects which require extra attention.The members of the groups should preferably be of the same level of intelligence.Where you do your studying can also help to promote better understanding of facts.The atmosphere must be conducive for studying,without interference from the TV or distraction from other sources.There should be good ventilation,and tge area should not be congested.
Besides that,students also can use the multi purpose hall to do a lot of activities such as sports and exercise.They can use the hall to do indoor games such as playing badminton,ping-pong and so on. Exercise eliminates modern-day stress.The number of people suffering from insomnia is on the rise.The increasing pressure and nagging worries of study often keep us awake at night.For many of us,the dawn of the new day brings no cheer.Exercise can be instrumental in helping a person obtain a more relaxed sleep.A tired person will be refreshed and high-spirited after a good night’s sleep.A few hours of exercise will help in getting sound sleep and is the perfect,soothing balm for a tired body and a restless mind.
Other than that,after attending all the classes,students must be very tired.So they need a place to relax their mind.The multi purpose hall is the best place to the students to relax their mind without any disturbance.The hall also must have Wifi Zone.This can help the students to search material for the assignments,login friendster or facebook and chatting.
Furthermore,at the corner of the hall,there must be a small room with television,radios and all other entertainment sets.The room should be sound proofed so that it will never be a disturbance for other students activities.They can watch what ever programme they like such as National Geography,movie and other study related programme.On the other side of the hall’s corner,should have a reading corner.Inside the room,there should be provided with all kinds of reading materials such as magazines,books,news paper,novels and story books.Reading books is most favourite past time to all students,so having such a reading corner will excite the students and they also can improve their general knowledge.
Last but not least,a multi purpose hall also can be used by the management for a lot of activities such like conducting orientation for juniors.Mainly orientation will be held to the freshies when they are entering first semester in the college.The management of college also can carry out speeches or talks in that multi purpose hall because the hall capable to gather many students at a time.In that hall also,meetings and different types of competition can be conducted.
In conclusion,the multi purpose hall gives a lot of benefits to the students.It will increase students satisfaction in staying at the college.So I think this the best idea togive the best to the students
